Cosplay Problems

Its really hard for me to find somone to cosplay as because I have Dread-Locks. I'm not willint to cut them off, so my cosplay is seriously limited.The only person I've found so far is Bon Makihara from Tenjho Tenge. I suppose I could go as Rem from Death Note, but im not quiet sure  if im willing to do that to my hair. Does anyone know of a good anime that has somone with Dreads in it?

If you have played Final Fantasy IX (or are willing to cosplay as someone from a videogame), there is the character named Amarant. He has long red dreads (in which case you could temporarily color your hair or something).

Isn't there a shinigami from Bleach with dreds?  I've seen the character cosplayed, at least.
