I've been hearing news (irl) That a bunch of cosplayer from Kcon are meeting up on the 20th at some haunted house villa thing around the portland/beaverton area...

Does anyone have any news on this?

My friend gets most of his sources from Gaiaonline, so could someone check? ^^;

Vallie and I are going to be going to the 13th door out in Hillsboro.

I really want to go with some people to the one at the coliseum in Portland. I really want to go to Baron VonGhoulo's, those guys have a great sense of humor.

I've been trying to get a group together but my usual friends aren't up for it and Vallie has a very limited schedule for going. At the very least I'd be willing to go with you animegurl. Especially if you have coupons.

I also want to go to Scream at the Beach at some point....

So right now the only scheduled trip i have is Me and Vallie on the 30th at the 13th Door out at the Washington County Fairgrounds (on the MAX).

How about we go to the Coliseum one next Saturday night? Would 9pm work for everyone?

Vallie just killed me with her pouty face. She can't go on a Saturday night. She can go on a Wednesday night though. Anybody who can't make it on Saturday, would you guys like to form a Wednesday night group?

It's open all next week and has a wide variety of choices. The trouble is it's in Jantzen Beach (kumoricon 2006 anyone?) so it's really hard to get to without a car. Can anybody help me get Vallie to another haunted house so I don't get in trouble?

Exactly... I am usually the leaning post cause I dont freak easy. Suprise me and I will jump but as for scary stuff I usually just cringe at the disgusting stuff and keep on trucking. But its still alot of fun to see the ideas people come up with for the haunts.. and watching friends freak out is fun too.

13th door trip on the 30th is now Jaz and Chris, Steve and Leashy, and Tom and Vallie.

We're probably going to go to Scream at the Beach on Tuesday the 23rd since that's the best night for Jaz.

How late do you guys want to stay up for Fright town on the 20th? Vallie gets out of work at 9 so if we meet up there at like 9:15 then we should be able to include her too! Yay!

You're welcome to meet us at any others but Vallie and I specifically need a ride if we want to go to Scream at the Beach. Jaz is available on Tuesday nights but we don't know about Chris' schedule yet, so I thought I'd see what you were up to.

I know how you feel. I just like to hang out with my friends. Once I went to see a scary movie with Vallie, Tom, and others and just stared at the floor 95% of the movie so that i could handle it. I didn't want to go home hehe <3

I might enjoy going to the Haunted Houses but the 20th I am at a friend's birthday party. I find them greatly enjoyable though I haven't gotten scared in one in more than a decade. Real life is much scarier. :p

Yay! I will tell Vallie to call you when she gets home tonight. Or even better, Jaz can call her cellphone to tell her the news. It's better that you guys talk to her directly since her schedule is what decides this stuff, not mine.

BTW, Fright Town opens on the 24th, not the 23rd. So...no Tuesday trip to Fright Town. Wednesday work for anyone?

To update, the trip to Fright Town will happen on Thursday October 25th sometime after dark. Currently going are Vallie, Tom, Jaz, and Chris. Anyone else who wants to go and is able to meet up, let us know we can nail down a meet up time.

Also, the 13th Door in Hillsboro is still a go for Tuesday October 30th!
