I had to go back home early, sadly, because I was staying with parents, so I'm amazingly anxious to see some pictures.  I should have taken some myself, but I was too busy doing stuff in the con to go around asking everyone for their picture.  

So, due to my laziness, I'm asking if any of you have bothered uploading any of your photos already?  This is also somewhere good for people to find pictures of themselves, or just show off your amazing(or horrible) camera skills from the con.

I took nearly 50 pictures, God bless digital cameras.  My first step is to crop the images rotate upright bla bla bla, then Ill find somewhere to post them.  I had an awsum time , better than I expected.  It was my first con I was really happy to see there were some cosplayers from some of my favorite anime's.  

Some people really did a great job on the costumes, I got to give everyone credit who showed up in costume.  Once all the red spots from the camera flashes wear off and I get the time to post the pics I took you can see yourself.

Again I just got to say I had the most fun at the Kumoricon, I havent had that much fun in a long time.  I only wish I had more cash to spend in the vender room.  I cant wait to do it again, If I save up enough maybe I'll make it up to Seattle next year.

Yeah, I took lots of pics too, but it looks like there's a lot that didn't turn out from people getting in the way. I guess people don't realize that if they're closer to me than what I'm trying to get a shot of and they get in the way of the flash (which is a much broader range than what is in the shot), the shot is going to be too dark. Oh well, I'm sure I have about 40 good shots (took about 60 I think)... I'm too tired to get to them now though lol.

I borrowed my sisters digicam, and I gave it to her for development and I have not gotten it back yet.....(o_O;
I took 56 pictures on saturday alone. (In about an hour. I practically stopped all the cosplayers to do this. ^^;) I'm happy that most people came up with cool postures. I realized later that I should have backed up further to take the entire body, so sadly most pics have head to waist shot, which is little lame...

*grins* I took a whole hell of a lot of pictures. I really mean a lot. I believe it was around 170, and I was only there on sunday. Also, the batteries died on my digital camera a whole two hours before I left (around midnight) so I missed out on some of the cooler ones... Wow, I'm pretty surprised at the large amount of pictures that were taken out at Waterfront Park... I guess I never saw anyone out there because I was working security and never really got to go outside, but I bet that was pretty fun for the people just taking a regular walk... Since it's so easy to max out bandwidth on geocities as well as some of these other hosting sites, you can sometimes use another site that is attempting to provide semi-automatic mirrors of various websites by adding nyud.net:8090 after the domain name.  For instance, the above site would look like:

Unfortunately the bandwidth maxed out again on Geocities before all of the pictures could be mirrored, but I did get all but the last 5 through the mirrored site.

I finnally uploaded my pics to http://www.angeltowns4.com/members/mikej1592/  now its really late, I should have been in bed a while ago for work.  Once I started setting up the webpage and fixing errors etc. it made me feel like I was there again.  I even took a sample of the carpet from one of the shots and turned it into a cool background image.  (least I think it has a cool effect)

Probly a standard disclaimer, if you see your pic and would rather I took it off just send me a message.

One last thing, I didnt have a costume this year (first con) but was still kinda bummed that I wasn't even in the background of anyones shots.  I must have been dodging flashbulbs like a ninja.  

I also must confess, I never read Naruto yet but after payday I plan on picking up a copy or two from Uwajimaya.  It seemed to be just a bit popular at the con.  If anyone knows of a good place to pick up manga around here other than there let me know, I only know there and Fry's.

Again, AWSUM con, you all rock, I'm also shy around people I dont know but everyone was just aswum.

woot!  after long searching I finnally think I found myself in the background of someones pic.  I am in the reflection in the mirror behind the bunny girl at http://kumori.giapet.net/displayimage.php?album=random&cat=&pos=-20 if you click on it out of curiosity I am in the reflection just above her left shoulder drinking my starbucks coffee.  You have to click to enlarge the image (with java enabled) and look closely to see me, im not in costume but by the shirt I can tell you that pic was taken on Saturday.

With all the photo taking going on I was sure I would turn up in the background of someones pic and was determined to find myself.    

I hope to be in cosplay next time, I think I'm leaning twords Sanzo from Saiyuki seems like a good one for a first timer.  

Oh and side note I finally read some Naruto and thought it was really cool, I can see why it was so popular with cosplayers.

That is so awesomely beautiful, I am thuroughly kicking myself for not making it this year.

I'm probably one of few I know of who has read ALL of Angel Sanctuary, and it is one of my favorite manga, aswell as Yuki Kaori being one of my favorite manga-ka (I also quite love her Count Cain series).

Truly fabulous job on that costume, she did.
