Just read the articlem on Oregonlive. It's pretty good. I expect that should bring some nice publicity.

Wow, nicely written. It even mentions "Neko". Awwww! XD
And the writer sure knew a thing or two about anime, I like it. Now I gotta go find the newspaper for memento(sp) piece....

That's a wonerful aricle.

Forgive if my typing or grammer or spelling is off, I am using the htes interne tv thing, and it sucks, LOL.

Good aricle though, hope it helps get more people to come.

I saw that article!  I quite literally jumped out of my chair, pointing at the paper, and yelled "I'M GOING TO THAT!!!"

Well, that's great!

The first con in Minnesota got no news coverage, but it was still pretty good. Not enough random glomping people though...

Wait... this is Kumoricon's first year? That doesn't sound right....

If you want to get technical...
It's the first KumoriCon in Portland.  The first actual KumoriCon happened in a hotel in Eugene/Springfield but that hotel is being torn down (no coincidence).
Again, getting technical, the last KumoriCon happened in late Nov. so it hasn't been a full year yet.  ^_^
