I NEED AN ANSWER ABOUT A REFUND. (ARTIST ALLEY)

I've emailed just about everyone on the KumoriCon contact list about getting a refund or giving my table to someone else 6 days ago.  I need an answer before pre-registration ends this Friday (the 15th). 

Because information about artist alley and confirmation has not been given to me, I can no longer attend the convention.  So I need an answer to my emails pronto.  If I cannot be given a refund, I need to know that my friend can go in my place and take my table for me.

Thank you for any information staff can provide for me.

Chevi, I've poked the director's mailing list about this.. you should get a repsonse soon.  Sorry about all the hassle with this :(
