I recently thought of this after hearing a recording of Rick Foxworthy doing one of his "You may be a redneck" skits.  I thought it would be interesting to try an think of an anime version of this.  In other words: You may be an otaku if...

You refer to Neon Genisis Evangelion as your Bible

You wonder why that guy you punched didn't fly 50 feet off of the ground

You have more manga than you have other books in your house

Your anime DVD collection could pay for your college tuition

You fear cold water after believing it will change you into another animal or change your gender

According to my own post, I am not a true otaku, I have no idea what it is! Although, after looking at pictures on line, I have come to find that it belonged to his father, other than that I have no idea where it came from or what it is.

Oh, it was scary.....I was at a con, and I was selling these little men...they were like plushies, only nekkid....and you had to buy the clothes to put on them (Like Gaia, I guess?  You have lil' peoples and you buy clothes for them as you go on), and they were called "Bishounen All My Own-en"..... The sad thing is, is that they were actually really cute....

All the study abroad students over here have gotten into the habit of slipping Japanese words into our sentences.
