I NEED ME SOME AKATSUKI'S

Is anyone going as an Akatsuki other than Itachi???? I'm going as Deidara, and I know there's a whole buncha Itachi's going, but I'm trying to put together a whole Akatsuki group. Which would be so totally pwnsome.  8)

Toilet paper rolls work quite well for building puppets, I've noticed. Or just lasso an unsuspecting friend into dressing up as Sandaime Kazekage-sama! 8B

I've got a friend who's agreed to go as a puppet because she thought it'd be fun.
I don't think we'll do Kazekage dollie though. Just a standard puppet.

You know, last year I was supposed to have a friend going as Sasori and myself as the Sandaime puppet... but she ended up unable to attend and the hotel had that "no masks" policy (And the mask needed to be glued to my face so that the mouth moved properly.) and I never got a chance to really wear it....  *shrugs*

*shrugs*  Two of us put on the costumes for a short time, but due to having no Sasori, not being able to properly wear the mask, "technical difficulties" (I had simply lazied-out on the hands and was unable to manipulate anything while wearing them... which meant I was simply trapped inside of the costume once I put it on until someone let me out of it... meaning I couldn't take off the mask if asked to.  I've been making new costume pieces, though.  I can now pick things up.) we just put them away after taking a few quick shots and then ran around doing other things.

I would like to wear the "improved" version of the costume next year though, assuming masks will be allowed at the new hotel....  I just can't make use of the giant claw anywhere else!

o_o Lawlz. Uh XD I have the possibility of being Deidara, Hidan or Kakuzu realleh. :3 And my friend cosplayed my Tobi XD So..Yeah. *Shrug*
