My friend is making my other costume once I go buy the fabric for it!

Got pants and am about 15% of the way done with my mask for one costume.

Commissioned the bulk of one, working on ideas for how to do the headgear still.

Yet to order my third costume.

My cosplay is pretty much all but put together. I am waiting for a couple articles of clothing still, but the part that actually required work (the gun-arm) is done.

Let's see...until I learn how to sew, I'll have to end up requesting help on my cosplays.

So, I've placed an order for a Pit cosplay (Super Smash Brothers Brawl), and I am currently having someone help me sew my Green Ranger suit.

I still haven't started on the boots, gloves, or power shield yet.

Now for the things I specialize in!

Pit's Bow of Palutena will be my first project. It will be my first project using Wonderflex. Should be fun. After that I need to start making Zack's SOLDIER sword from Crisis Core.

It's Finals week right now, so once that is over I will be in Yatta Cloud's garage for countless days working on the props and stuff.

lets see... for my first cotume; dark, i have my wings, i need to aquire the fabric for my planned outfit, im waiting for my boots to come in the mail, and i need to get my hair dye.
for my second cosplay; risa harada, i need to get my measurements done so i can have my school uniform made, i need to get knee-high white socks, dress shoes, a brown wig, and need to practice making a high pitched voice.... lots of work ahead of me... O~O;;;

My progress is as follows: bought the costume.

Yeah, I know making the costume is a much better idea because it's more personal, but... well, mom can't do any big projects lately because of dad's arm being all messed up and unusable, so she has to help him... sewing projects are kinda outta the question.

Still need to get a hold of a Ryoga-type umbrella.

Nono (W) - Planning stage, might not happen. ;-;
Female Ouran Uniform - 90%? I need to alter it a little. It's too big.
Yukina (Yu Yu Hakusho) - Planning stage. I'm totally throwing out all my previous stuff from the Halloween version to remake it in cotton.

BACKUP
Male Ouran Uniform - 80% done, but only 'cause it'll all be storebought. xD

Well my Soulreaper uniform is complete however the black over kimono is too small so I will have to completely redo and make it about two sizes larger.

However the rest fits perfectly.

100% : Haruhi Suzumia school uniform - completed and ready to wear. I have to break in the shoes as they feel a little tight when wearing the socks that go with the costume (note to others: ALWAYS wear the socks you're going to be wearing with the shoes when you're purchasing them. I should KNOW that, but noooooooooooo, I wore nylon stockings that day, and the cotton socks are somewhat thicker. Ghaaaaaa)

30% : Cornelia from Code Geass - Got the jacket pattern drafted, fitted and cut out. Ready to sew that tonight. Have fabric & supplies for pants, boot covers and cloak.

Yippeeeeeeeeeee......

PS: and we will NOT discuss the piles of fabric designated for other costumes that are sitting in my sewing room....

I've got a lot of the parts for my cosplays but I still need to assemble them. I haven't tried to put together my Pocky Armor yet because I need a couple more Giant Pocky Boxes to be comfortable cutting them up (I don't want to risk using them up and ruining them).

I still need a good jacket and sunglasses for Gendo and then I'm done. He's the closest one right now.

jacket(needs dye)
tie
shoes
belts
eggs kinda

I need:
make eggs plaid
make skirt O_< (first time sewing)
make legwarmers
get/attach cuffs for jacket
dye jacket
get stuff to make eyebrows match wig (in mail now, I hope.....)
make/attach barrettes
attach eggs

Im going to try and take this one costume at a time, so first I'm going to try and finish Cid, so far I only have the shoes and about half the bodysuit =__=
My to do list:

* Finish Suit
o Reattach collar
o Re sew zipper
o Hem legs
o Add arms

o Find foamy fabric
o Line with black twill
* Make backpack:
o Cardboard base
o find old keyboard to make keys

I've finished sewing my hat! ^^;;
It's something, right? A lot of trial and error was involved. I also look silly in it, but whatever.

I went to Goodwill to hunt for some white boots, but didn't have any luck.
I did buy a sailor-looking outfit for $5 though, lol.

I have my goggles... I just need to do everything else. I used to have the shirt but since (Death note) matt's shirt is red and black rather than what everyone else thought (black and white) I need to get going. As for my haruhi suzumiya cosplay... we'll see if I have enough money after everything lol.

I need to doooo....everything. Basically. For my night elf priestess costume I need to buy thigh-high stockings, knee high boots, long-ass black gloves, short-shorts (o-o i'm terrified.), and a red pimp hat. Thats the stuff that just needs to be altered. After that I need to make by my own crazy shoulder things, belt, and cape. Then to make me night-elfy I still have to purchased purpley make up and ears and such.

I've located everything I need to buy, but I still need to buy it and fix it to however it pleases me. Needless to say, I've got a metric buttload of work to do. @_@

Forehead: Need to find the perfect color marker to draw it with. (Since technically it's more like a tattoo, not a gem.)

I've cut out all my pattern pieces to make my dress. Now I need to cut out fabric...a sew...•___• Gah, darts and zippers! Scary!

I just haven't figured out how much to buy yet, but I have it figured out.
...And I found a good Yukina wig on Cosworx.
Kerunyo offered to have her dad paypal it for me and I pay him back.
Oh, and I found perfect Yukina shoes/socks on my Japanese class field trip to Uwajimaya. Yay!

Tseng - 100%; finished it for Sakura COn this year so it's ready to go. Though I think the wig needs a good combing before Kumori.

Gackt - 0%; Yeah, right! I've been poking around for materials but I still haven't purchased anything!

Sephiroth - 30ish%; I've got pieces of this costume all over my room at the moment and a half-disassembled trenchcoat calling my name. Notably, I have to wait for a friend to finish the leather SOLDIER belt, and I still have to make beta shoulder pauldrons to expiriment with before building the real things. OH YEAH, styling the new wig's gonna be fun.

My single cosplay is done. XD And it's probably going to be the most noticeable when I'm walking around. Who can't spot a wolf tail in a crowd when it's on a guy over six foot?

Clothes - Wearing clothes that I already wear since that's what the characters in Wolf's Rain wear.

I'm working on sewing a prototype of my costume, so my final product won't have too many kinks.

So far I have all the fabric cut out, with some darts sewn in, but nothing is really together yet.

Human Luna: 90% Done - Need to restyle the four Odangos of the wig, redo the anklet and neckalce, and then do the moon charms for the entire thing.

Jin Uzuki: 0% Done - Need to buy the fabric and pattern, then actually make the costume, style the wig, and then obtain the various other parts I need for the costume.

I'd say the dollar store/tree/shoppe. They have hair accessories and all those nice little things, and for only a dollar!

I'd suggest checking out vintage/used clothing stores for heels. Places like Red Light, the Metro, and a whole lot of other stores on Hawthorne, you have a good chance of finding something there.

I need:

1. Materials to make a Death Note (shouldn't be hard at all)
2. Some Misa-like accessories (found some at Hot Topic but are pricey so I'll keep on hunting in other places)
3. Misa-like shoes (I have a pair of high heels but considering that I'll be in costume all day...yeah looking for alternatives right now but shoes aren't my highest priorty)
