FACT: 101 Dalmatians and Peter Pan are the only two Disney animated features in which both the parents are present and don't die throughout the movie.
Umm...
I am having trouble defining what you mean by "present". Do you mean that they appear in the movie, or that the movie takes place with the main character spending all their time in the presence of their parents. If the later than I would argue that they spent almost no time with their parents in Peter Pan, they are all in Neverland, and that the puppies are all stolen from their parents and spend weeks away before Pongo finds and rescues them in 101 Dalmations.
Sleeping Beauty - Aurora's parents are still alive at the end. She is separated from them to protect her, but they are together in the end.
Mulan - Mulan's parents are still alive at the end as well. She leaves to go to war, but then Wendy, John, and Michael all leave to go to Neverland and you say their parents are present so...
Hercules - Hercules is stolen from his parents, but returns to them at the end, and both of his adoptive parents are still alive at the end as well.
Lady and the Tramp - This would depend on if you consider Jim Dear and Darling as Lady's parents or her owners. They do have a child and are parents at the end of the movie.
