There was a lot of D Gray Man cosplay at Sakuracon... I wonder if we'll have Noah's family at Kumoricon? Or even just the Earl, there were a couple really impressive millennium earl costumes.

as far as d. gray man photoshoots goes---since a majority of the costumes of d.gray man involve pleather...should we start thinking about a time for a photoshoot maybe in the evening? or would that be too hard to take pictures?

or should we all just suck it up and plan the darn thing whenever?

I'd say suck it up and do it whenever. of course, I'm one of the ones that's not insistant that the coats are leather. (I still think they're just a thick cotton or something)

Of course, night may be better, since the majority of the series is darker, and a lot of stuff takes place at night =D

Yeah, I think it would be weird to have a D Grey Man photoshoot when it's all bright and sunny out. I'm for Sunday, if we're thinking about which day to do it as well...

I dont think i'll be going as Allen this year

I have too many costumes lined up... If you have the shoot on Sunday I hope it doesnt happen the sametime as the Guilty Gear one, because I will deffiantly go and take tons of photos of you guys!

well we don't have to decide on a time yet...but we can decide on the place! where should the photoshoot be? there's a really nice park across the street from the hotel/con (most photoshoots will probably be held here..but at least it looks big

) should we all just meet at the clocktower or something and we can walk around from there?

Clocktower seems like a good place to meet up. It also might make a good backdrop, especially if we do it while its kinda dark out.

And if I'm bored enough and can find enough reference pictures and the right paper, I'm totally gonna make the actual deck of cards.

EDIT: Perhaps someone can help me... I'm trying to decide on an exorcist I can cosplay in the future... right now, I'm torn between Kanda (sword, yay =D ) Daisya (Just freaking awesome) Suman (Armor = yes) and Crowley (Mmm. Cape.)

No matter which, I'll be making the innocence. But I'm not sure which suits me best. I'll post pictures later, or we can figure it out at-con xD

Also, what should I do about human!Tyki's glasses? just normal glasses like those? I don't want to bother with the swirls, unless I absolutely have to, in which case, I can use masking tape, paint it white, then draw on the swirls and only wear them for pictures >>

I'll be buying the costume most likely. Of course it won't be for this year's con.

I -really- like Daisya and Suman's innocence, but for Daisya, the Charity bell would be hard to make. For Suman, I'm just not so sure 'bout slicking my hair back. My forehead's -bad- from acne ;-;

But yeah, like I said, I was thinking the glasses I can just make non-see-through-able, and only wear them for pictures. Of course, someone would have to tap me and let me know when we're done xDD

Would someone want to join me as Iizu or one of Tyki's other human friends?

i just don't want the d.gray man photoshoot to conflict with kingdom hearts (and I know a few other people won't want it to either)

do you know what time the cosplay contest ends?

I'm thinking 11am on sunday sounds good (and we agreed to meet outside of the clocktower). any objections?

another idea is to do what we were talking about before and have a photoshoot towards the evening or the sun setting...and we could do it saturday afternoon....
