art show coordinator & staff sought

one had been appointed by the director, but has not been in contact with me for months.

another i selected, then found out she can only volunteer until she is 18.

anyone interested? PM me for details (or post here).

ooh! you are the person i had the copic ink pen for at the elections but couldn't find,yes?
will you be at the next gm?

meantime, there is another wonderful 17 year old woman who wants to help out with the art show. perhaps the 2 of you could be the primary volunteers for it? i could introduce you. she's awesome. her name is heavenly. she is kind of a protege at copic & she helped us with the kc table at asian celebration here in eugene!

Lol, nice I cant go to the meeting. It would have been perfect too cause Salem meetings are the ones I would have no trouble going too.

The very sweet girl running the art show for Sakuracon, & her husband, are my selection for this post and state that they can come to 2 meetings. It is my desire to have them share the position, as they have a young infant (I don't know if they are bringing him to the con).

My husband and I are still talking about bringing Alex or not. We'll figure it out after his first Birthday party at the end of the month.

Groovy! That makes us next-door neighbors! The Creation Station Panel Room is in 206 and our Project Room (including our art contests) is in Room 205. Nifty!
