I've noticed a real lack in actual time and days scheduling.  You guys really need to get some sort of outline ready and stuff who are coming out of our way to get down there, that way we know what times to stop by and such or to meet up with others for contests.  I know it would be really helpful to a lot of people if you'd get a schedule up.

our fanfic contest will be sunday, from 1pm to 3pm, in the salem room.

the karaoke contest is saturday night. i believe it is at 8pm, in the main salons.

the AMV contest is on monday at 11am in the main salons.

the cosplay is sunday at 6 in the main salon.

You are absolutely correct.  I'm hoping that at least the schedule for the main events goes up ASAP.  I know the specific panel schedule at Sakura didn't go up till a few days before the con, I hope we can beat that.  (not as a competition thing, just because being able to plan is good).  I'll forward it along as a reminder.
