King of Fighters XI and Maximum Impact II

I am super excited about these two games but I don't know the american release date, I figured some one here might know. Please help a demented KoF fan. I hope Maximum Impact II is better than the first, or at the very least has the option of turning the english voice overs off. They Ruined my Iori's Sinister victory laugh. *sniffle* Bastard americans not being able to do it right. Any who thats a touch off topic. Any other KoF fans here? Which was your favorite? Who is your favorite character? Other generic question?

So, Maximum Impact 2 is out in america already, but I am too poor to buy it, has any one played it yet? If so, is it any good?
