Naruto cosplayers for 2007?

I want to know of the people who've already decided they're going to cosplay as someone from Naruto for Kumoricon 2007.

Afterall, it's never too early to plan.

Anywho, by the second day of the 2006's con, I knew I'd be doing a Naruto themed cosplay this year. (I had planned to go as Orochimaru to the last con, but that failed on me. Itachi this year!)
Not only will I be making my cosplay months ahead of time, I hope to have my Akatsuki cloak done by Christmas (Probably won't happen, but, eh. I can wish.) so I wander about town wearing it.

Not 100% set on who I want to dress up as though. I might do Gaara again, with a complete outfit and gourd.

A friend of mine is hyped up about building a Jiraiya costume to wear at Sakura-con, and he wants me to build an Orochimaru costume, so that is in the plans too.

And, if there is a ramen eating contest next year, then I am going to build a Naruto's costume after the time jump just to wear for competing in that!

I'm actually going to be two versions of him.... *points at sig* but I'm hoping that it will be "unique" enough that most of my fellow cosplayers don't do that groan and withering look...thing.  Y'know....when you really really want to do a cosplay, but it's one everyone else is doing, too?   :roll:

I'm going to be cosplaying as Orochimaru again, but probably on the second day only since im planning to be L the first day and Nekozawa on the last day. Maybe I'll even bring my Sasuke outfit along since I'm planning on going to Sakuracon as Sasuke.

...it would be weird seeing someone walk into a room as Orochimaru and come out as Sasuke....which probably is what might happen.

I'm thinking of having my friend come as Sasuke on the second day with a leash that I can put on her. XD

I will be going as Tsunade again... possibly Jiraiya if I can get my supplies like wigs and such soon. I need to have my sister adjust alil on the arms of my tsunade jacket because they are a tad bit tight but other than that its just minor stuff that needs to be added to that cosplay to make it look right..

Don't worry, you got another year still. Just make sure you don't procrastinate! Get it done as if the con's next month!! er... well, scratch that, two months, otherwise you'd rush too much and it'd end up like crap X3

I do know that you can go to Toys R Us can just pick up a plastic Zabuza sword if thats what you are going for.

Not my first con, been to Sakuracon the last two years, but I'm taking a roadtrip with my friends to go the con for the weekend, fun stuff ^^

somehow the hardest part of my costume so far is the jacket and pants -__-
at this point I think i'll settle for a grey zip up hoodie, can't have too high expectations for my first cosplay, especially made in such a short time :p
also any brown pants i can find at this point >>;

so since i decided so late who to cosplay, no time to get an akamaru plush off of ebay and wait for it be shipped here from hong kong x__x
so i'm making my own akamaru. it's going to be my big sewing adventure! i got way more brown fur than i needed though (for the ears) it's so soft x3


Nobody else I'm going to the con with is cosplaying from Naruto though. So it would be cool to hang out with some other naruto cosplayers ^^
