You know, they have these websites, where you can, like, post a profile, and email people you'd like to meet, and find out if they're worth wasting time on in the first place. Staring at some girl across the room tells you nothing about her personality, the kinds of decisions she makes, etc. Chances are when you get to know somebody, you'll find them far less exotic and interesting. People are all just people, and most of 'em are rather boring.
