There was also the grand discussion regarding the combination of Vicious ans Sephiroth, creating Viceroth.  This got some laughs.  Then, of course, I countered with my combination of Spike and Cloud, creating the notorious Sploud.

Not sure what it was all about, but a few friends and I were in the sitting area near the elevator on the 4th floor. Paramedics came up, and went down the hall and came back with someone on a stretcher. He seemed to be quite out of it, so dehydration could very likely be the case.

But again, I have no idea for sure what the reason was.

So, I'm walking from the lobby towards the stairs going to the panel rooms, and standing by the elevator is a cosplayer that looks like Gekkou Hayate from Naruto (many apologies if I got the character wrong dear cosplayer).   I hear, "Psst, come here", from the cosplayer.  Thinking he may need directions or have a question, I go to him, like a good staff member should.  I ask him what's up.  With his ninja like quickness, he brandishes his weapon of choice.

"SPORK!"  

I looked at him,  looked at his spork.

"You don't have that peace tied."  


After we recovered from giggles, he told me he'd been waiting all day for someone to say that.



On the last day, I had this thought as I was sitting in the programming suite located just across the hall from Viewing room 3.

Oh, here's one.  My friends and I were sitting in some chairs talking right after the closing ceremonies, and I get a random bloody nose.  I get those a day or so after I go swimming for some reason... but anyway, we began talking about how it would be great to have bloody noses at will, and how we'd walk up to a group and go 'YAOI! *spurt*' and get blood all over the place.  
Then it turned to those joke capsules that you put in your mouth and bite so it makes it seem like you're coughing up blood.  We applied that to the same situation, and it was the best mental image EVER.  "YAOI!! *bleeechhh*"
So yes.  Yaoi gives you internal bleeding.  

Oh, and one more little quote.  It's a bit crude, but I'm sure it's under PG13...  I edited out the swear word, so it should be fine. XD

The guy who was hosting the panel (he worked on Inuyasha's dubbing but I can't remember his name) told him that he came in a little too soon.

And for Sailor Moon fans, at the anime dating game, the Sailor Neptune cosplayer made a sly little nod to her relationship with Uranus in the series when she said, "well, I do have a thing for gender-bending princesses..."  
And when they were picking potential matches for Neptune out of the audience, a girl yelled out, "she likes blondes!!"  XD

One of the medics and I were hanging out keeping an eye on a line during registration. I, being the person I am and insanely shallow, was checking out a chick that was cosplaying one of the Sailor Scouts.

After about a minute of looking, the medic says something along the lines of "Yeah, he's got too big of a package to be a chick."

Almost on cue the cosplayer turned around and it was a guy. My heart instantly sank and I almost wept.

That reminds me of another thing I said...

"I've seen more guys in skirts than chicks. This is so unfair."
