Glove Patterns

I have a character design that calls for gloves with fat cuffs (Anime style obviously)I would like to make them myself so I need a pattern for it. any advise?

I'm certainly no expert but you could get a thrift store pair that fits you nicely then take it apart and make your own pattern out of it...
