Pre-Registration Questions URGENT!!!!

Hi,
I have some questions about pre-reg;
1. I sent in my form w/ check like 15 days ago...how long does it usually take to get badges?
2. I sent my form but I'm not 100% sure I sent the gaurdian form!  I sent my check with my mail, and if I did forget, will I get my money back?

In the case of the badge you will receive that when you arive on friday night or saturday morning of the con to get the badge at the registration desk.

If any forms are missing, you will most likely be asked to have them filled out at this time,

So on friday night we can pick up our badges right? On the site it says at 7:30, is that the earliest you can pick them up until x at night? or that when you going to stop handing them out?
