Listening to JPOP

I was wondering if is weird of me to like listening to JPOP and other Anime music but not speaking a bit of Japanese.  I don't know what they are saying but I love how it sounds.  Is this weird of me?

It's not weird at all, if you like it, then listen to it.

At most, I can understand maybe 6 or 7 words in a song I'm listening to, but if I really want to know the translation I look it up.

Not weird, we are exactly the same, I usually can only jump in on the part of the song where they start singing in english ^^ Still beautiful to listen to!!!

First time I heard a song that had a little english in it I thought something was wrong.  You know the part in the movie 13th warrior from listening to those guys he was learning their language for some odd reason I was thinking oh god hey I'm learning Japanese.  I think I was really tired that night.  But yeah I love listening to it.  If anything for the upbeat sound in alot of the songs.
