Since we've got all sorts of NEW pocky falvors for the summer, I thought it'd be fun to make up more. However, we want to make up the worst possible pocky flavors that you could get. Now try to be more creative than poop pocky and earwax pocky. Imagine the kinds of flavors they've put into the Every flavour beans from Jelly Belly. I'll start,

Tamarind Pocky (go to http://www.bad-candy.com/)
Sea Salt Pocky (crunchy bits!)
Bleu Cheese Pocky

See? I think we can all imagine those kooky Japanese snack makers developing these! What flavors can you come up with?

wasabi chips mmm those are intersting they taste like wasabi and beef hence the name ......
yup they sure r intersting tho i must admit not my favorit treat
they sometimes have them at uwajimaiya and some times not

Tastes like, shattered glass pocky, gangrene bandage dressing pocky,? Or would you rather have scrambled eggs and bacon pocky? Club sandwich pocky?

I got it Thanksgiving Pocky! Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans with cream of mushroom soup and bacon bits, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, rolls, butter, olives, radishes, carrot sticks, celery sticks, baby corn, artichoke hearts, what else goes with Thanksgiving dinner?

Is there no Sushi Pocky? How about Fish Sticks Pocky? French Fry Pocky? Escargot Pocky?

Poop pocky guys? Seriously? I can see dust, blood, and fur but not poo!

After helping out in a first grade classroom I know some of the ones like booger and toe jam would be popular enough.

Funny things about the flavors like turkey and pepper, they make those flavors in Pretz. For those of you who haven't heard of Pretz, I like to describe it as a cracker stick. Just like Pocky is a cookie stick.

Did you guys know that they made Soy Pocky and Sesame pocky? The soy had a brwonish coating that kinda tasted like peanut butter. The sesame had a blackish coating that tasted like a cracker.

I would love to have gotten my hands on the Red Bean Pocky (Azuki right?) when they had it but I didn't get any.

Hmmmm..... anybody think that they could make Pocky at home? I think some home cooked recipes would be AWESOME!

I'm going to make some leather cases to fit a box of pocky. I'll use leather wet molded over a block of wood the same size as the box. In the basic form they will look like leather ammo pouches. How could they be incorpeated into a costume.

I think about half the ones we've come up with a real flavors of pretz. Particularly shrimp and the other meats.

Some of these flavors don't even sound that weird! Watermelon, peach, lychee? Yum!

One of my friend suggested Durian last night. I can see them making that one for people but I dunno....
