i want to cosplay as dark dn angel and i wish to  have a pair of wings but i don't know where i could find any :?

the making would be the fun part.  I have a bunch of wing making links saved but you can just google fairy wings and find several tutorials for several types of wings.  Of course the nerdy goodwill girl with glasses said her sister made black bat demon wings out of leather and her own armour and I keep inviting them over to my shop and they never does

Well, for my Dark wings, I have a plan or two...

My plan A is to cut out a large cardboard frame and make the feathers out of fabric + stiffener. (I'd be going for more the type of wings in Angel Sanctuary, but I think that'd be better than the tiny ones I find at stores and online.)

My plan B is to borrow the black wings that my friend is using for Lord Kanti when she isn't using them. They look kinda like the ones in your first link that the other person gave you. She got them at Costume and Display in Seattle, which I found to be a store that suits my many cosplay needs. (Think a costume store as big as K-Mart)

My plan C is to suddenly obtain a rabbitish looking pet that will obey only me and occasionally morph itself into my wings so I can fly around.

Whichever plan works best, I guess? ^_^

Oh, and can you find a With plushie anywhere?!

Well, Victoria's secret sells angel wings believe it or not.  Or you could make them.  I have a really good tutorial I can send you if you want it.  I'm cosplaying as Access Time from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Yue from Cardcaptor Sakura this year (to a different con) and I am making my wings, so I know what you're going through my friend.

Well then you guys can possibly help me out! ;_; For 2007 Fandemonium, I'm looking for Falcon wings that are at least 36" long. I'm needing them for a cosplay from the Kiesha'ra series from Amelia Atwater-Rhodes! ;_; I can't find any!! ~cries~

this why i always suggest stoping by halloween stores and even fabric stores as they carry costuming stuff around halloween!
really cheap too!

The halloween shops over here sell no actual large bird wings and I don't have the skill to make my own...
