So, I've heard from many people that this next episode of Naruto will be the last filler episode. Then they'll go into Kakashi Gaiden, then straight to the two year jump. XD XD

Hmm... the manga seems to be on a bit of a tangent too... I mean, they do stuff, but nothing really happens. Maybe its just that its 311 chapters and growing...

The manga's just beating around the bush, trying to add suspense and such. Maybe they're trying to come up with an idea of who they can change drastically next.

Dattebayo has said the filler ends "soon" so I'd take that to mean within a few episodes..and 203 is only 6 episodes away.

Since the manga is on 300-something and the filler has been going forever at least we can expect there to be no filler for a LONG TIME after this.

HOPEFULLY the next episode THIS TIME is the last filler... I bet 212 will be a recap, or better yet, Naruto leaving the village to start his training~

ep. 136 to 211 are all fillers, and there's a few spaced out episodes that are fillers before that too.

OMG, I fell for it when they said they were dropping Naruto xD... almost. I had denial in the back of my mind...

But it does turn out that it just didn't air~ So they'll put the site back to normal when it does... hopefully... Anyways~ just 2 more weeks, peoplez!!!

The Hurricane Chronicles thing is kind of like how Dragonball got the Z at the end of it once they got far enough in the series. Of course, I'm pretty sure there wasn't a bazillion episodes of filler in between the two.
