Hotel room code for Oxford Suites

Oxford Suites, next to the Red Lion,  now has a room block for Kumoricon attendees. This is a very limited deal, so call soon to receive a flat rate of 109.00 per night, with the group code 9012. Cut off for reservations is August 18th. Information at http://www.oxfordsuitesportland.com/ This link

Make sure to ask for a manager... I just called a few minutes ago and they had no idea what I was talking about. Left my number for when a manager arrives.

Finally had a manager call me. I now have the $109 rate... But the gal sounded clueless when I asked to be in the same suite/block as everyone else  :?

Okay...
Yeah I dont know what my guy did.
I aked for the rate (I already had a room) and It sound like he just gave me another room.... UGH... Im going to have to call and figure this out.

Yeah he tried to add another room, lol. (they called back cause they couldnt)
So I told him not too.
But he looked for the code and couldnt find it...  :?
Gah... the rate thing of 109.00 is that including tax or plus tax.
Cuase our orginal price without the code is that plus tax coming to $122.62
