Sakuracon did this.  What they did was they had console gaming and the tournaments in two different rooms.  I think Kumoricon should have a rather large tournament room aside from the gaming room.

Not a bad plan.... let me work on this and if I can find unclaimed space I might do the same.  Unfortunatly, I don't think that there is any unclaimed space at this point in time.  I will try though as this is a great idea.
