Ok, so I don't know how many people know about this but Vic Mignogna, the brilliant voice for Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist and other great ADV anime produced a movie called
FullMetal Fantasy!
Get this, the movie is like a live action FullMetal Alchemist with the voice actors playing the characters!
"Have you ever imagined what it would be like to be a real anime character? Vic Mignogna, Edward Elric of Fullmetal Alchemist, has created an original live action short film featuring many of your favorite FMA voice actors. "Fullmetal Fantasy" is a special presentation you won't want to miss!"
The only problem is that normal people can't actually go rent it or download it or anything and it's only showed in cons that he's at. It says on (
http://acen.org/blog/?p=9 ) that it won't be coming out for another year (since Semptember 2005) and I was wondering if it might be okay to ask someone who has any idea how to get the film to maybe ... play it at Kumoricon? If you can, that is! Looking at the reactions from the people who've seen it, I'd say fans would LOVE to see this.
Also, the poll is just for me, I'm wondering what people think of the idea and also what they think about watching it. Hopefully the Con-Director (Is t Con-Chair? Who's in charge T3T ... I'm so dumb) will like this idea. I'm emailing Vic to learn about other ways to see his film if I can't see it at the convention.
Thanks for reading.
Sincerely,
Jessica W.
