February Meeting
*Due to a campus wide conference at PSU, we have moved once again.*

February's Meeting
Where: Portland OR House of Louie
When: Saturday, February 11th, 12pm-3pm
Why: It's time to clean up items we are fallng behind on, give kudos for things we are doing well, and get some creative juices flowing!
Event: Kumoricon Meet Up

The meeting will be at House of Louie Dim Sum in downtown Portland. We will have a room in the restaurant.

Directly following the meeting, we will be heading down to the Chinese Gardens in downtown Portland.

While this is a con related event, attendees will need to pay their own way for the event. You can opt out of the gardens and hang out in China Town.

Yay! That promises to be a great meeting! and it's before the Club's so i can take notes and spread the word to people who weren't at the other meeting.

I'm probably not going to House of Louis though, I didn't like them last time I ate in there.

i'm going to try to go, my non fic writing class has a wring feild exersize planned for that day (i also had to take work off for it agg skool on weekend:( )

sounds wonderful, but since i work til noon in eugene i most likely won't be able to make it. i wouldn't have the money to both pay for gas and for gardens and/or dinner, and would have missed most of the meeting by the time i arrived.

as it gets closer to kc, i will try, if necessary, to miss a workshift or two; but until after sc, if i miss any workshifts it will be for sc. sorry about that.....love u

I really hate to say this, but i wont be able to attend this event because I work at 8pm that evening. I just got this job and its my first day so I'm unable to trade shifts. Sorry.

hrm, this day seems to be difficult for most people who post, i mean i know i have a class at AI untill 12, not to mention its my boyfriends 21st birthday that day.  so i dont know if i can make that happen.  not that im particularly important.

I'm going to try and cram lunch with my girlfriend before the meeting so i might be a little late (unless she wants to risk the beginning meeting with me, her shift starts at 3 across town).

Weird... you're actually the 2nd person to not see the address...
I swear it's there....

Anyway, we already are working on room confirmation through to August with PSU, Chemekta, and U of O. It's pretty well done at this point. I'll get the locations up in the meeting section following the meeting this Saturday. This way, everyone can plan accordingly, well in advance.

March Meeting is already on the Main Page. Check it out.

Hope that makes up for my sucking. :P
