it's 4am and I'm not really getting any work done anyways and to double check what that knife looks like, I googled kunai

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=kunai&btnG=Google+Search

One of the first hits is the orange instrution sheet on how to make one from paper, But it's written in Germanian

Then I see links to buy realistic style rubber ones and Naruto style plastic ones.

I'd just look at all the Naruto toys and the plans for the paper one and experiment.

You should be able to copy that by carving a piece of foam or plastic and adding a dowel and a plastic ring from something.   I'd be tempted to use the spike off a wrought iron fence.

From Sweden, so your grandmother must bake krumkake and you cosplay as ABBA

There should be an art store in Sweden that would have craft foam.  A few sources for cheap foam of random sorts.   From electronic stores or friends who have just bought electronics you can get the foam blocks that are packed in the box, but it's usually Styrene foam that is crumbly.   Find a shop near you that deals in large finely milled machine parts, the huge gears and parts some times come packed in foam that’s made from urethane, it has a finer texture than the cheap foam used in stereo or VCR packing.  Or you could get some of the Urethane foam insulation from a hardware store or gets scraps from some one working on a house

Now I have to go look for my krumkake iron and see if I can get as far as frying them before I eat all the batter.  Grandma never let me eat the batter she would hit me with a large wooden spoon

Are you planning on coming to Kumoricon from all the way in Sweden?
To your question you can go to ebay and get good cosplay Kunai for fairly cheap.
And now I'm a catgirl?

The voice of the one I love
was all I could hear as I lay broken in the darkness
My own voice faltered
My wings no longer had the strength to fly

Hey every one Doller tree has a toy set with a small plastic "Ninja Sword" that could be a cosplay tanto and a normal size throwing star and a Kunai.      I Allready have to many real and plasic swords and a bunch of plastic throwing stars so I got plastic Army men (it's an adiction).  I was talking to a friend in michigan and we compair doller trees and they have them there too

Maxim see if they have a Krona Tree in your town
