Fullmetal Alchemist question

I've got a question about Fullmetal Alchemist.
I heard that at Kumoricon this year, some of the people called Edward cosplayers short. Considering how pissed off Edward gets over being called short, how did the cosplayers react? And for those who cosplayed as Edward and were called short and gave an in-character reaction (I've heard that some Edward cosplayers have done that), was it something you had planned out and were prepared for or was it something you thought up at the spur of the moment?

well all the one ed's that i call short and that i say thata were called short pull of the tamtrum of ed very nicey all but one the dude didnt know that part of ed it was a friends costume but it was fun being the Mustang i always make fun of ed

Oh! I was an Ed; the one with the dead toe. And the bagel. xD
Whenever I was called short, I jumped on whoever called me it. This one time I jumped on someone's back and they fell over. Awkward. xD

dude i remember you your were one of the best (ed's getting called short that there was) you go me on the rain drop when i was at the other end of the hall one time

those spur of the moment responces are the best at anime cons like when some one asked what i summoned in my lulu cosplay and GIR plushie

OMGsh its my Beany! *uber glomps* Everyone seems to love her but BACK OFF D: She's mine...

I was probably the tallest Ed there at 5'8" and people kept calling me short. I exploded on someone who called me chibi even though they were shorter than me... And it was just spur of the moment, I hadn't thought that far ahead XD If I had jumped on anyone I probably would have killed them though.
