Is Oxfest coming back this year?
« on: August 04, 2015, 02:17:16 pm »
I think it is, but I'm not entirely sure. Last year, they weren't there. I know in the past, it's been trouble for both events to coexist due to lack of understanding. This time, if Oxfest is there, I hope it works out.

Last year was so much more pleasant than previous years! I don't know if this was due to their absence (or if they in fact were there for one day), but the music activities that were going on all weekend made for a really cool, extremely-laid back environment, and I can only hope for more of the same this year.

Also, just for the sake of an amazing photo-op, I kind of hope Ox-Fest is going to be here so I can take some pictures next to their signs in my Ox-King cosplay, lol

See, I'd disagree with the music making it laid-back. A lot of that music was too loud, or the bass was, and it made conversations and relaxing in the park a pain unless you got out to the far corners away from the music. If it's just one day of that and not all days of blaring bass music, I'd personally be happier.
