I'm not sure. If I can't get anything else, Ed all 3 days. At least 1 though. I'm too tall to be an Ed, everyone made fun of me at k-con 05 *nakimasu* I am also 5'8" but I think I was the tallest Ed so all the state alchemist poked fun at me...
I just remembered I might have pink hair XD At least no one will notice my height?

SWEET that's so cool.... your friend has a good choice in characters. I was thinking of going as him for a con one of these days... oh, and the chances of going as hawkeye is getting pretty slim... *sniffle*

okay now I know this has nothing to do with cosplay, but it's about the show.... I FINALLY GOT TO SEE EPISODE 13!!!!! .... I love roy, he's awesome.... especially when he gets out of character.

Oh, and I had another dorky otaku moment. I was in chemistry and as soon as the bell rang (and the students quieted down) the teacher slowly stepped in front of the class and said, "today class, we will practice alchemy." I nearly fell out of my chair..... I'm such a nerd, ain't it great?

I might go as Izumi again for one day. I was the tall one this last convention.

Kat, is that you?  Anyway, I might go as Edward, but I'm sure yet, I don't like wigs very much.

If you want, you can go as the movie version of Edward, he's older, and probably taller then.

I'm 5'8" as well, but I already have the costume of Ed from the anime and couldn't afford another costume, but trust me its okay being a tall Ed... they go right ahead and call you chibi anyway... Even people who are shorter than you o_o

Okay... theres no way that was the last episode!!! I checked another episode guide and they said there were more, but only one more!

BUt at the same time, last night the opening was slightly differnt like it was gonna end and they played more of the closing and didint show a preview for another episode. Is there like another season or something? I dont see how there could be but at the same time i cant see that as the last episode.

Can anoyone whose seen the whole series ahead of the dub tell me the name of the last episode or how many there are after the episode called, "Death"

Please no spoliers, i hate those when im really into a series, just how many episodes there are left or if you only know the name of the last one and the title doesnt give away the plot or anything.

This is how the epsidoe last night "Death" ended:
Ed comes back from inside the gate to see Al on a circle and then he fights with "Envy" I think. The one with the green hair that is supposedly ed's and al's brother with the same dad but differnt mom. So he morphs into a fac that shocks Ed and he cant fight. Then he gets plunged starit trough the heart and falls to the ground bleeding. Then Al screams "ED!!" And the episode is over.

Arigato Minna!!!!!!

Okay Nvm...
According to Adult Swim.com there are three more episodes and the last one is"Sin." Is that right everyone? Cause after that they start to replay them.

So the last episode is on March 21. Sorry about that MakiChan.

phew, now I'm relieved...... *sigh of relief*
but seriously, if it would've ended like that I would've been so angry on many levels..... when my mom watched it with me she was all like, "this is the one with the kid and the robot, right? was that really the ending?" which of course I responded with "..... 0_o....... I hope not."

« Reply #76 on: March 13, 2006, 07:08:40 am »
hey a lot of the fanfics that have been turned in for the SAKURACON fanfic contest have been about FMA. which means some of the stories that will be read aloud at fanfiction bedtime stories at sakuracon will be about FMA.

which means that the creation station (room 206) will be looking for FMA cosplayers....in hopes someone will COSPLAY one of those fics as fanfic theatre!

anyone interested?

please post here and also pm me thanks!

I want to...but I'll have to see how many costumes I get done first.
PLUS...I'm getting a ride from a friend and depends how much space in the car for my costumes. ^-^;

If I could...I want to do Riza.
My friends want me to do Ed, 'cause I'm "short" & get touchy about it.
Others I could do...Sheska, Wrath, Envy, Rose.

Still don't know if I can handle making an FMA costume though.

AOV (Anime Oasis V) had almost the whole Homunculi group. I think we were only missing Wrath and  Sloth, though I do believe that the chick who played Lust was also Sloth, but I'm not sure...She was Lust in the Battle Cosplay, that's all I know. O_O

Anyhoo...

I'm the Roy mustang of my group at school, and I'm gonna get a job and buy the stuff to try and cosplay as him. I might also have to make a Hawkeye one too. ;_; It'll be so hard for me to make two. I've never officially cosplayed as somebody before.

GAH!! IT SAID SECOND!!!

~coughs, looking around nervously~

The ONLY movie -- in japanese. It's still not translated, and won't be for a while -- can be found on www.youtube.com (It seems to be separated into parts, and supposedly called "Fullmetal Alchemist: Conquer of Shambala"...Oh...I havn't been able to spend much time outside of school looking for it, so I don't know if there's a subtitled part, but all I've been able to find is in Japanese with no subs. O_O;; ) I don't know all that much, except for what my frinds in Ichidan ( An Idaho cosplay group. www.ichidan.com/ )said, and what Vic told everybody. I havn't researched it all that much, and concidering the fact that for the past four years have been looking further into NGE doesn't help. ^^;; But if you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'll be happy to help where I can, concidering this thread is for FMA cosplay and not the movie. Later I'll make a thread on the movie for you all.

I dunno, but alot of costumes have been added to my sewing schedule. I'm going to have to ask for Ichidan's help if things keep going like this. I have to make these costumes:

Roy Mustang
Edward Elric
Risa Hawkeye
Alphonse (Armor)
Alphonse (Normal Clothes)
Havoc
Hughes
Kimly (SP?)
Wrath
Sloth
Winry (Maybe...)
Fletcher
Trisha Elric
Hoenheim
Greed
Lyra

So many state alchemist uniforms...~wimpers~ If the people don't use the costumes for more than Kumoricon, I'm going to stragle them with their own tongues. -__-

Before I can make sure to have all of those together, I have to make ~sighs~ an Ashley and Leon costumes from RE4...I'm being forced into that one...And a revealing 2 piece swimsuit because I'm on this evil diet. T_T...This is so horrible. 2008 was supposed to be my busy costume year...~has to make costumes for the whole FFVIII cast~ >>;;....I have no time for anything but school, sleep and sewing...

I think the second day...That way if something happens on the first day, you can fix it over night. ^^

I'm forcing my friend into it because he's forcing me to be Ashley from RE4 at Fandemonium...
