Lost and Found issues

A couple of my items were lost, so I sent an email to lostandfound@kumoricon.org about a week ago, and haven't heard back, so I was wondering if this is the right email or if I should try to contact them with something else.

That is the correct email address. They may not be done tallying the items yet.
2011 - 2013, 2016-2017: Secretary
2007 - 2017: Website Manager
2015: Assistant Secretary
2014: Chair
2007 - 2009: Director of Publicity
2006: Copy Editor, A/V Manager

I heard from the head of that department that it usually takes about two weeks for them to be ready for lost and found.  I'm waiting about something, too... again...  :P  Silly me.
