What is a good thing to use to draw on yourself, my boyfriend is doing a character from one piece and he has tattoos and I am trying to think of what would work best to draw them with...

could use stencils with makeup or an airbrush or there are temporary tattoo sheets you can print on and they just transfer to the skin.

Since it is too late to order temporary tattoos, you can use liquid eyeliner and set it with powder. No guarantees how well it will last, but it will look better than Sharpies. Sharpies have a tendency to bleed and spread.

Ah this option is too late unless you have a store in your area that would sell pro-aide adhesive, but I've read of someone using PAX for painting on designs.
You have to mix it and the acrylic properly or it'll get flaky, though. Also it is literally the most annoying thing to scrub off.
Plus side if you can get it right, PAX isn't going anywhere. Chances are you could sleep with it still on and perfectly in place for your next day of con. It won't rub off on anything or anyone either.
