The "when" is at the top of every page, September 2nd-4th. The "where" isn't completely decided, I don't think.

it is decided, but unannounceable at this time since we have not yet signed the contract.  that should happen any day now.  *looks at EvilMonkey*.

We should have that info posted, along with registration up within the next 2 weeks, max.
