Teddy_Bearxx, has made a 2nd hangout before me at 7pm, so we are merging this into a double shoot FIRST one at 1pm-3pm (Clocktower), SECOND 7:30pm (Clocktower).

ONLY FOR RED LION PATRONS: we will be having a BIRTHDAY pool party after the shoot if you guys would like to join us! 4pm-6pm Snacks may or may not be provided! Depends on if you bring anything! It's my birthday fyi I'm turning 23 XD

hey-YO OTAKU! I will be VERY bored day 0, and I'm sure many have cosplays they want to wear and have pictures taken! So why not have a group meetup for all us congoers? ^_^

Day 0, Friday will be the date! 1pm will be the time! The Park in front of the fountain/clocktower will be our location! After that we can find places to take pics and we can all just chill!

I shall 100% have my Nikon camera to snap all of your lovely dovely costumes, and I shall have a few snacks to pass around! (most likely cookies, so if you are allergic to something let me know! I can make gluten free ones!)

If you don't have a costume or you are too shy about taken pictures don't worry! You don't HAVE to have a costume NOR do you have to have your picture taken! Just come to chill out with your buddies!

Bring friends, foes, dolls, and/or pets if you like! Just come and hang out and HAVE FUN! Now isn't that what con is about?

Can I just say, luvan1me, I adores this idea/post? You are just the kinda people that makes my con great. I am coming up for Day 0 as early as possible, so I will be there! ... After all, I have about a billion cosplays planned for this con, the earlier I can bust them out the better. @_@

I will try to remember to bring some snacks too!

I am allergic to bananas. That is all. ^_^

I will be arriving probably around noon ish, and see if the hotel lets me check in early. So I think probably the shoot will be around 1pm or so. I don't remember what time Registration line starts, but the line is super short haha XD so I don't think time will be an issue!

So what times do you guys think will be okay? 1pm or 3pm?

I am hoping 1pm would be just fine!

It would be great to get to settle in beforehand, but even if the hotel doesn't allow an early check in I plan to be in whatever I'm wearing first on Day 0 already for the drive up. Gonna get ALL the weird looks. ^^

On the photoshoot 2013 thread, I posted the same thing only at 7pm for a cooler afternoon.
No problem, but I was thinking what if we did two? One at one, and one at seven.
For people who might not show up till later in the day.

yeah we can easily turn this into a 2 session! I am having a pool party at that time though, so I won't be there (probably will though cuz I usually don't last in a pool longer than 1 or 2 hours XD haha but I'm sure people who like to be out later in the day will want to go to the later time shoot!

Why not? Yeah heck, let's make it two shoots XD haha just let people in your thread know that I will have a pool party around 4pm-7pm and then we can head over to the 2nd shoot! ^_^ Does that sound like a plan? or nay? >.<

Ah you know I wanna go, but I am not sure I can. On that day we are having a Lolita Tea Party/Meet-up thing. And Ihave no idea what time we are arriving..I think my dad has to work that day (my ride, and for once he ain't going to con with me haha) so if so I can't make ANYTHING on day)..Kinda sux..

Luv, mine won't be that hot lol It's an OP but it'll be out of a more summer friendly material lol Yours sounds like I would get heat stroke wearing it haha And you know, it's WAY funny that you said "Sweet! Lolita!"....Because I'm DOING a Sweet Lolita coord lol I just thought those 2 words made that even better lol And good thing, I'm staying at the hotel you are holding this in..Meaning I can't have an excuse other then arriving way too late. lol My friends might come to the party too. ._. well that's awkward lol I didn't really have a summer cosplay (unless you count kh1 and bbs kairi) until just last year >.< I sure hope you can figure an outfit out! hopefully something not too warm haha XD if it's warm this early in the year imagine x.x but who knows~! maybe it'll be cooler because of the fact it got warmer sooner? >3<
