Shakespeare Voice panels (confimed)
« on: April 04, 2013, 04:44:32 pm »
I just sent in my panel forms for 2 panels this year :)

If you attended any of my earlier panels, the similar things will happen. Instead of talking more about the body and anatomical things that go into speaking, I will be trying to talk more about and using actual examples from myself and volunteers. I will also be constantly taking questions, instead of saving them for the end.

The two panels submitted are:
Voice Acting & Shakespeare
Shakespeare's Voice (more time for interaction, practice and feedback, less introduction) (excerpts from plays, not just sonnets)

Any ideas or feedback? ^^

I got the confirmation for my Shakespeare panels which I'm soooo looking forward to.

For one of the panels, I'll be using excerpts from plays instead of the sonnets for people if they'd like. ....The only issue is... What plays?
I don't really want to use Romeo & Juliet, or Macbeth. The Tempest is my first thought....
I'm looking for "sections"; a paragraph (like 10-14 lines) said by a character that can be removed from the play's overall context. Maybe something like a short monologue.

Any ideas from people?
