Getting SWOLL/toned for cosplay (submitted)

I am hoping to be hosting a panel this year on how to get in shape for cosplay. We will cover basic lifts and forms, provide a beginner and advanced workout, go over HIIT, diets, and how to get that ever eluding 6 pack abs. We will provide information for both females and males.


The panel will be ran by experienced lifters who will give you success stories and pictures.


Our goal is to inspire you to become healthy and help you reach your weight loss/muscle growth goals that seem to elude everyone. We will also provide you with an idea of how long it may take to reach your goals.
