since I'm doing this for Scon 2013 I thought why not make a group for this at Kcon :3 that way we can get all our favorite square enix games together for a shoot

Photoshoot time and day: TBA

I just have to look at the photoshoot list and see what's available! ^^ AND i'm also waiting on my KH/Square and Animal Crossing Panel as well

naw I just want to host a shoot at kcon since someone took over the KH one this year (kinda weird haha), but yeah. I think also having a bigger shoot would be nice for a change :3

Yea I saw your post over there..You were pretty late to that party lol

Since they way the AA signups work here, I may not have a good chance at getting a table (my art isn't as good as some peoples, meaning the better ones might get a table over me) which means if that happens, I'll be at all the shoots I can possibly attend lol

Yea but so far I only remember the seller I bought it from being the only one. I didn't see anyone else.

oh no it's happening! it's just people at sakuracon are less informed about the photoshoots, and the place was crowded as hell

also since they took over the KH photoshots, I wanted to get more Square involved this year, not just KH so.

@sailor-jeimi: cuz I gained 40 lbs hahaha and nothing fits anymore. not even my regular clothes, and I'm having knee issues now too -.-" and might have diabetes... sigh...

Out of curiousity, is this all Squeenix stuff, included their stuff from Squaresoft times? Cause that means we could have more then just Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts show up right?

It'd be cool to see a list of who'll be cosplaying what from what games- if they know yet. Might get a nice idea-ball rolling.

yeah it does include squaresoft. after all it would be kind of ridiculous to have most of the final fantasy games not allowed. everything before 10 and KH1 was from squaresoft, so that wouldnt leave many games to pick from.

Azura, oh. that's odd..I think that's the same thing as they did with KH. After they changed, they were still putting those games out, meaning they had to put the new name on the newer ones. I know for a fact that KH1 was started when they were Squaresoft because it even says it when you start it and the begining credits are happening. I use to own both cases. One that said squaresoft and one that said squareenix on it. It would be impossible for 10 to be squareenix and kh1 to be squaresoft because 10 came out BEOFORE kh1, thus why titus and waka are in it.

That would suck. My grandma had it and even stopped doing things that she wasn't allowed to do anymore (like eating high sugar products ect.) and all that happened was she got worse. I don't wanna see that happen to others

yeah i know kh1 was squaresoft, thats what i said. And i checked the case again, and figured out why its square enix. I have the greatest hits version, meaning it was produced a year or so later, after the merger.

I bought it because I don't have a sewing machine, and can't afford one lol and the one my mom has is ancient and I don't want it XD (and it confuses me too x.x)

I bought it and then my friend xander's mom helped with alterations <3 she was awesome (which reminds me I gotta get her something still >.<)! But I don't fit into anymore lol SOOOO I am most likely going to lose weight just so that I can wear it again haha XD

if you want pointers, I would not use pleather >-< use spandex type material, since that looks better on the body x.x but it's a corset, soo not sure if it's a good idea to use that >3> You can probably find someone on DA and ask them what they used! XD I have 2 versions of the cosplay actually that I bought, one spandex type material (cottony) and the pleather one. Pleather one is cool, but gets super wrinkly and hot x.xBut it looks like cheap pleather anyways lol

For Aqua's waist capes and making them "scrunchy" looking, it's called gathering. You put in a single stitch (wide, usually the machine set to 0 stitch works). Then with the thread in there, manually pull and gather the material to make it scrunchy. You usually need 3x as much fabric as it would take to be gathered in the correct look. Some require more. So if the width of the final product is 10", you might want to start with 40" wide and bring it down from there after gathering it, and then cut along the top to taper it in if needed. Anyway, after gathering it, you have to sew it (the machine is really the best way to do this so it stays) again with a regular stitch to sew it into place, and don't forget to backtrack at the beginning and ends so it stays in place.

If not, I've got back-ups: Yuna FFX Summoner and X-2 Songstress (though I might work on changing my songstress shirt). I also have Stella (13vs) still, I just have to see if the wig I have for her is good or not still. And of course, I have Roxas.

Off the top of my head, I think that's all the Square characters I have.
