For those who might be planning now. Here you are!
Just send in the series, time, day and Location.

Day O/Friday:
All Cosplay Welcome- 1:00pm and 7:30pm at the Clocktower.
Lolita Tea Party/Shoot- 4-5pm, Location Rose Garden

Day 1/Saturday:
Pokemon- 10am at the Gazebo.
Kingdom Hearts- 11am and at the clocktower
Attack on Titan- 12pm at the Clocktower
OFF Meetup/Shoot- 1pm at the Clocktower
One Piece- 1pm at the Gazebo
Tales Of- 2pm, meet at the statcue of of the old lady with two kids
My Little Pony 2pm, Day 1 (Saturday Aug 31st) at the Esther Park Entrance Stairs
Final Fantasy- 2pm in Ether Short Park near the trees
Hetalia- 2pm starting at the underground Hilton parking garage entrance (East side on Columbia, right next to the old Weber Machine Works building) and then going to the river as a group.
Dangan Ronpa/SDR2- 3pm at the Gazebo
Air Gear- 3pm meet at the clocktower.
Square Enix- 4:30pm at the Clocktower
Adventure Time 4pm, Day 1 (Saturday Aug 31st) at the Esther Park Main Gazebo
Homestuck- 4:13pm at/near the Gazebo
Vocaloid - 6pm at the Gazebo

Day 2/Sunday:
Naruto- 10am to the field on the right of the gazebo when facing away from the hotels/towards Subway.
Sailor Moon- 11am and Meet in the Red Lion Lobby.
Magi- 12pm at the by the gazebo in the middle of the park. (not the one to the left if facing the subway)
Final Fantasy- 12pm in Ester Short Park by the trees
Sword Art Online- 1pm at the Clocktower
Valve- 1pm, at the Esther Park Small Gazebo
League of Legends- 2pm Location, under the Gazebo
Marvel/DC- 2pm, Day 2 (Sunday Sep 1st) at the Esther Park Central Gazebo
Pokemon- 3pm at the Gazebo.
Steam Powered Giraffe- 4pm in the park
Homestuck- 4:13pm at/near the Gazebo
Shin Megami Tensei- 5pm at the Clocktower
Durarara!!- 6:30pm location is at the clocktower
Pandora Hearts- Photoshoot will be during and after the panel (730pm to 930pm)
Clamp- 8pm at the clocktower
Puella Madoka Magika- Meeting at the Clock Tower at 8:45pm. HOWEVER, we are moving from there to another location AT 9PM. WE are leave the tower at exactly 9pm so we want to make sure people get there before 9. If we can put that into the schedule so people will be aware that would be great

Day 3/Monday:

Puella Madoka Magika- 10am, Clocktower
Harry Potter- 12pm, Rose Garden/Mini Gazebo

Should be posted soon, they discuss all the photoshoots together mostof the time in the cosplay thread to that specific show/game.

Have you brought up to the people in the official cosplay thread? They discuss it there together and then when it looks look for the majority they tell me here.

Just making sure to try and keep confusion at a minimum.

I myself have not, is there an Official Cosplay Group for them? If not, but look carefully first, you could start one and bring up the photoshoot then.

You put TBA on my Lolita request for location. I said "in the park" That's what someone else told me so that's what I went with..I asume there's a part right off site so it would be there..

Well there is usually a special place in the park, ie; the gazebo, the bottom left corner of the park or upper right when facing away from the hotel. In the park is pretty veg.

Hmm, seems strange that there are no updates to the main photoshoot post there. It'd be nice for the OP to get that updated so people know what's going on.

Does anyone know if they're planning to print the photoshoot schedule and print it in the guide like last year? I thought that was super helpful. Especially since a lot of people don't go on the forums anymore.

For the Hetalia shoot we'll be meeting on Saturday at 1500, starting at the War Memorial at the corner of Phil Arnold Way and Columbia Street and then moving to the river.

Mahou Shojo Madoka Magika, clock tower, day 3, 10am

We are also having a night shoot on day 2. It will be meeting at the clock tower before a certain time, then once we get the people there, we are moving to another area that doesn't have a name so far. I am trying to finalize that time, but it will either be at 8pm or 9pm day 2.

Huh? You just go..simple as that..there are no costs so I have no idea where you are getting that from..you just....show up..obviously you need to have your badge to be at the con, but that's for everything, not just shoots..in fact, I'm pretty sure the locations not inside the hotels are not con space, meaning anyone can be there..

Unless your talking about photobooth shoots. All the photoshoots are free to attend. Their set up by other con-goers like yourself doing that specific series and then they just go and meet up at the place at the time and just hang, and take pictures as a group.

So there was a little change for the Hetalia shoot, it will be starting at 1400, so, one hour earlier than originally planned.

Edit on the Madoka Magika shoot. The day 3 one is still the same (clock tower at 10am), but we finalized the day 2 night shoot. It'll be the same as above (meet at the clock tower then move) but we will be meeting at 9pm. Can you add to this one that we would like anyone attending this shoot to show up BEFORE 9pm? Then at 9, we are moving to the actual location. Thank you
