I think maybe three more meetings to finalize things and lay out our games. How about tonight at 10, and then one in the middle of August, and the last one just before day zero.

Perhaps a day or two further out... Thursday? Either way, it'd have to wait until 11, since I don't get home until about 10:40. As for the other days, I like that.

That's fine. Odds are that we won't need to go beyond that, anyways. Have you guys been thinking about ideas for a SPAM game that doesn't involve eating it? I HAVE!!! There's also some new things that I'd like to bring up at the next meeting.

If you are, can you ask them to move the panels down by the fifteen minutes, and then switch the Cosplay Make up panel with the CosFluff panel.

I think ee should meet on day zero, before everyone gets there. We'll all already be in town, so no one will have to come to Vancouver before con. Its kinda a drive for Steph i think lol since I'm pretty sure she lives in the dalles.
