I'm new, so pardon if this has already been mentioned -- but I'd rather get yelled at and let people know than leave people in the dark!

Shimotsuma Monogatari / Shimotsuma Story / Kamikaze Girls is playing at Clinton Street Theater in early November -- not all the information is up, but it will be starting [evidently] on the 4th.

This is an AWESOME movie and I highly recommend it!  [Besides--Japanese movie, on the big screen.  How can you lose?]

Edit: this is the story of one Lolita girl and one Yanki girl.  It's cute, and has a feel similar to Amélie.
