so hello, im new to vancouver and im not exactly sure if theres a hetalia cosplay group, i cosplay as prussia and really don't have anyone else to cosplay with

so anyone ever wanted to try and build up a cosplay group?

i want to get together as many countrys as i can, lets make a cosplay group and cosplay around vancouver or portland or whatever every now and then it'd be so fun haha!

we could even make CMV's and all sorts of fun stuff haha! xD also i'd really just like to make some new friends!

so to everyone here, im just wondering, when is school out for you guys?
it would be better if we did it after school is out for most
mine gets out the 15th i believe. but i should put up date time etc. on the fourms soon so that its planned in advance you know, i'd just like to know if people have conflicting dates and time before i plan one ^^"

edit: Not Hungary... I'm retiring that cosplay until I can sew a new shirt.

Could I possibly join next year as well? I'm working on a Prussia cosplay and am planning on making a Chibiromano one, too.

I live like 20-30 minutes from Portland, so I would definitely be interested in any meet ups in Portland. Oh! And just to warn you, I'm kinda young... (I'm 13 -_-).

of course you can!

anyone is welcome (although if things get problematic then we have the right to ban them from the meets. and i mean extreemly problematic, like stripping in puiblic/ burning buildings/ breaking ****/ phisically hurting others. etc. and even attacking others on personal levels if it continues for more than one meet, thins that are VERY problematic are reasons you'd be unable to join. dont worry!)

NOTE: if you want my skype or facebook i can inform you of meet times easyer, or you can keep an eye out for "HETALIA MEET -DATE-" posts on the forums. we usually have one a month

(im planning one this month, but not many will be coming because alot of personal issues have been happening in the group

It's too bad that not many people will be able to make it this month. I'm not so sure I'd be able to make it to one this month, either :/ Facebook would probably be the best way to inform me, but if not I check the forums fairly often. Thank you so much!

I'm not sure what I can do to benefit the group, but I'd like to try my hand at doing so if you'll accept me. I'm a loose viewer and student (if you wanna call it that) of Hetalia and I'm aiming to cosplay America, against all that my small budget can throw at me.

Hope my formalities don't confound anybody (too late?)

At first I can be shy and timid like a rabbit, but once I feel like the group can trust me, I can be a bold and loyal, casual and sometimes funny lion...
(^_^)(Hey look, a distraction!)(^_^)...okay funny most of the time! If anyone here went to the Hetalia Day meet in October, I was one of the few guys to attend, with or without a cosplay. Oh and Wrath-Chan feels old? As a guy who's 25, I'll consider myself ancient history, which can explain why I seem so shy and nervous at first. No I wouldn't prefer an all 25+ group, no I wouldn't prefer a group with mostly or all guys. I'll take whatever I'm given. My desire to cosplay Hetalia and be of some use to the group is what brings me to post here. Prussia's outlined the basic "do not's" already and I can tell that this is a very casual and flexible group. I'll just have to trust the group to trust me. To err is human, to forgive is human too?

we're going to make a tumblr for our cosplay group, we're very open to new people, as long as they're not giving cosplay a bad name!

also! if you'd like to be in the group on facebook please find me on there and ask me to add you to the group
you can find me as "Lydia Prussia"
also our tumblr name isn't decided yet but when it is i'll put it on the forums for you guys!
