No picture change option.

I've been trying to change my picture for a while now, and even trying different pictures and it wont let me at all, even for a minute.

picture as in your avatar? I was able to change mine just now using my smaller sized pics of less than 50 kb. My unaltered pics were too large to upload. Maybe try that?
