EPIC or FAIL? You make the call!

I'm introducing a little game for all those weird things we find on places such as Youtube and such. As always Kumoricon subject matter standards apply.

To start things off here's something I found on Youtube I'll leave to you to see if it's EPIC or FAIL. You make the call and if anyone else has any weird or unsusual stuff they've found please bring it here and participate. Let the voice of the Kumoricon forum masses be heard please state first off whether it's EPIC or FAIl and then explain why. READY...GO!!!

Semi-epic troll. It appears to have spread pretty rapidly, but a quick TinEye search shows the original un-'shopped image dates back to at least 2007.
