Mascot Entry Question

I have no clue if this the appropriate place to put this, but it is technically about Kumoricon.

I want to enter the mascot contest thingamajig, but I don't know where to send the entry to, deadlines, nothing... I just know an umbrella is a must ._. Can someone help me out?

2012's mascot has already been chosen, but as it gets closer to the con (probably in a few months) we'll start the contest for 2013's mascot. (^_^)
