31st should work for me. I'm going to say a tentative yes for now because at the moment I really can't afford to turn down babysitting jobs and I get a lot of those on Saturday nights. If I don't have anything by the 26th then I'll say it's a definite yes. Does that sound good?

Well, I'm game for most things. I would like some sort of meaty thing, if possible. Perhaps another recipe that involved that quinoa stuff would be nice, but with something other than mushrooms, maybe?

I don't know if we're coming up on a cookie dough episode (some fav character dies), but something like...Easter...who can make cookies and has a bunny cookie cutter? That same little thing in the Super S movie still sticks in my mind.

Haha... HIGHLY doubtful... unless you can find something without any simple carbs (flour), gluten, eggs, dairy, or sugar.... oh wait... that's precisely what a cookie IS

I miss cookies dearly, and I'll have them again (at which time, Alternative Baking Company (Whole Foods, Freddy's) has AWESOME vegan cookies), but for now I must do without

I'm good with veggies, veggies, and more veggies

I believe there are veggie chips out there (without rice, corn, or potato), and I could dip that into a guacamole (avocado mixed with a sugar-free salsa)... perhaps I'll see if I can find some.

Please don't go out of your way for me. This is my choice to get healthier; I would never burden others with it. Thank you for thinking of me, though!

So, bad news: there's a change that I won't be able to make it to this thing.

We're having car issues, and won't be able to do anything to it until tomorrow, with possible work on Saturday. This will mainly depend on what's going on with my uncle, who has towing gear. I'll be sure to post an update once I have more info.
