Missing 19 year old in the news

I just feel horrible, even though I did not know him. He is/was my classmate in 4 of my college classes. I just feel generally depressed, and unenergized. I wonder, any tips to get my mind off this?

I understand how you feel hunnie, but you shouldnt dwell on it. Just be happy that where ever he is now, hes at peace.

Agreed. Also the symptom of lethargy you mentioned is an indicator of depression as well. Talking to people who are supportive helps and if things are really bad, St. John's Wort helps and is natural and non-addictive for depression and works just as good as the regular medicines. Do some research or ask a doctor first so you're not just taking advise from a random voice on the net, but it does help from my experience. The only negative side effect I've noticed personally is sensitivity to light if you decide to go this route for a short time. (Good thing it is rainy "season" here in the PNW though)

My thoughts and prayers are with you and their family. Take care.

Oh my, that's horrible what happened to your classmate. All i can say let's let the Police do their job and let justice be handed down.

First and foremost, keep breathing. Air is good for you, regardless of what others say.

Second; put one foot in front of the other, and then repete with back foot.

We all can just keep going, and remember the good times. It's painful and horrible that things end like this; but know that the people who did this will get what is coming to them. I'm really sorry if I sound much more cold than others, but the down bottom of it is really you gotta keep going.

And follow the St. John's Wort, that sounds like a good additive to the mood lifter. We're all here for ya hun. <3
