Anyone know what will be going on there? I went to the Spring Festival once and I have to admit it was a little disappointing...

In 2010, the Sakura fest (or Spring fest, if that's what you'd like to call it) was also pretty small and disapointing, but the Festival Japan in 2010 was really fun ^^ There was a ton of things going on.

Well there was at least 5 or 6 food booths (mostly stir fried food and BBQ stuff. Also Taiyaki). There where about 3 game booths for the younger kids. A kumoricon booth. Lots of booths selling things like, buttons, T-shirts, cellphone charms, little decorations, baboo plants, other kinds of plants such as flowers, magazines, and some other things i don't quite remember. Live music. Some sales going on in the actual store. Crafts... And some other stuff i don't remember xD

I'll probably head there one of the days. =3 Anyone know if there will be a kumoricon booth? o.o I usually pre-reg at this event. T.T I'd be real disappointed if there wasn't a booth this time.

I may test out my hello kitty cosplay there. Ive never gone, but always wanted to. Ive also got a couple summer kimonos that ive been wanting to wear. Maybe ill do that. How much is it to pre reg there for all three days?

lol thats a good one. How am I supposed to fit 20 hours of driving, 4 hours of festival, and 9 hours of sleep into 24 hours?

I e-mailed registration Thursday asking if k-con was going to have a booth, I haven't heard back.

sounds awesome to me! Should I cosplay though? My friend wants me to cosplay with her, but I'm not sure. It seems a lot of other people are, but last /I/ heard people at Uwajimaya get anal when people cosplay in the store and stuff. So, I don't know.

For cosplay I would say something comfortable to wear and walk around. Nothing really fragile or large since the area isn't all that big and there will be people walking/running around. And warning that this is Oregon so it may be hot and possibly rain...B/c Oregon's awesome like that and omg I missed you so ;A; (sorry, was in Florida for 2 weeks >>)

I'm gonna wear Riku one day. And maybe do my Hatter if my other Wonderland group wants to come and hang ^^
