Some of you have noticed, cause we didn't let things go this year at the Cosplay Contest, there's now a Chair facebook page. Cult of the Chair page. And, for kicks, "a challenger appears!", a Team Table page.

As well there should be.

It's always impressive when a new generation is introduced to Chair.
Chair is literally older than Kumoricon, it's from Anime conventions all across the country, back into the 90s and possibly the 80s.

It's four legs so majestic, it's cushion so plush, and it's maneuverability unmatched.  Stacked the chairs become a merciless foe.  They were angered at the main room closeout and nearly took out three people who did not respect them enough.

No, I mean, when did it start, and how? I heard someone gave a Mokona a chair during Cosplay Chess, and the video during closing ceremonies. I'm just confused, cause... it's just a chair. xD

I think it started this con from the Cosplay Contest. I don't recall them going nuts about it at Opening Ceremonies.

Basically it's like when props are put on stage and how we'll show "stage ninja", we'll shout a prop. And we just didn't let it go...
