That's right folks 6 days, 5 if you count day 0 as a day of Kumoricon. Time to start finishing up that last minutre shopping and get your suitcases down. Just make sure to pack as light as you can even with your costumes because you'll need all that space to collect souveniers at the con. And most certainly don't forget about money for food. Food is your friend at the con expecially if you're going to be doing stuff that requires a lot of energy. And if you have one use a digital camera to take a liot odf pictures. I'll have my camera along to do some picture taking for my blog.

Lol i made that mistake last year of not packing light. I bought a bunch of figurines and this huge Azumanga daioh body pillow and i had to stuff everything as tight as it could go into my already full luggage xD This year i'm actually planning on packing only one luggage and leaving the other one empty so i have somewhere to put all of my stuff ^^;

I doubt I'll buy much in the Dealer's Hall, I might get some manga and maybe some plushies, but that's about it. Should I wait until sunday-monday to buy stuff. Cause I heard dealers put stuff on sale.

I suggest going there for a while every day. The first day is when everyone has full stock. There tends to be new things brought out on day two. And on day three, there definitely isn't as much stuff as before, but a lot of it is priced lower (i actually sort of regretted spending all of my money the days before because i found some art books that were $40 and marked half off for $20).

I too am an RPGer mysel in fact I've been one since the early 90's so if you want I could tell you about the RPGs I've played. I'll be dressed as Henry Townshend from Silent Hill 4 and carrying an axe just so you can know what to look for if you decide to take me up on my offer.

Things will get silly, wacky, and you might even see a glomp circles if the weather cooperates. You may even catch yours truly wandering about I still am on a mmission to collect some Claymore Manga. All I can say is enjoy yourselves and if yoare looking for something in particular from the dealers get to the dealer's hall as quickly as you can. Because these deals are like a home run they're going, going, GONE quick as that!

Yes, we've been on that boat every year we have attended! I've been looking forward to Kcon since the last one, but the three days of fun pass by so quickly! My brother and I have gone to Sakuracon in between Kcon waiting periods, but Kumoricon just has that "home" feeling. We're thinking of attending ones located in CA, but still... ♥ Kumoricon ♥

Yeah, I feel the same way. In a sense, that's the only thing I don't look forward to about Kumoricon: that it ends.

I try not to thknk about that xD I mean, just think, it may be over when it's overwith, but there's still countless exciting things coming up after that (I don't know about you, but i'm pretty excited to see the Lion king in theatres, also Halloween is coming up soon too).
But let's not think about that now! Let's think, "Omg Kumoricon is only 5 days away!!! 8DDD"

The build-up to the con itself is actually a very important piece of the whole experience. We spend months on here getting excited for it, but the event itself is only a few days. So, yeah, being on here builds it up so much, and thankfully we can all come right back to the forums after it ends and continue on with our non-stop con-party, heh

That's right folks 4 days left, 3 if you're planning to arrive on Day 0 like me. Hurry up and finish up those cosplays with the all mighty all powerful glue gun. Get those last minute supplies together and get that suitcase at least close to getting zipped up and readdy to go. In my experience I find that having a trfaveller's bag, the kind with wheels and the little handle that can be folded or pulled out and pushed in helps because it a little less to carry. And best of luck to those of you who are planning to enter any of the wonderful contrests at Kumoricon. The fun is about to begin folks are you ready for the anime wackiness?

I finished 4 days worth of school work this morning and i've got everything i need for Kumoricon now .w. All i have left to do is wait untill Thursday to start packing stuff.
