There is going to be an event at F.Y.E. with cosplay and anime figurines and shirts and stuff, it's on this Sunday, July 24th!!

my girlfriend and I plan to go check it out in cosplay

F.Y.E. Sunday at Noon I'll be dropping in.
Captain Super Pirate won't be coming this time. I may try out something new and different.
Perhaps a young Ryu out of Street Fighter, before his muscles got too big for his sleeves.

Heck, if I have time, I might bring a blue ball to play with. (Hadoken anyone?)

I'm actually really excited for this~ I've been in an extremely crabby mood for the past two weeks now because i haven't been able to get out of the house, nor cosplay, for that long ><; So it'll be nice to actually get out and do something for the day.
Also, Clackamas town center is really starting to grow on me xD I go to Lloyd center WAY too often so that's been really boring for me lately. It's nice to have cosplay meetups as a different mall for once ^^

It's alright ^^ I've been to these things before (they were at Suncoast at Lloyd center mall) and there are a lot of people who show up who don't have full costumes yet. Heck, there was one girl who won first place for her Vampire knight uniform and she wasn't even cosplaying as any particular character xD She just did an amazing job at making her uniform.

I totally know what I am going to wear to this now. It is a casual type of cosplay but I still need to alter a jacket. I know I can get it done by Sunday I just hope I can get it done before the picnic tomorrow.

Its actually getting close to being done. I kinda rushed it but I am actually kinda happy with how it looks. I think I may try to remake it before kumoricon but it depends on how it looks.

The cosplay contest was much better last year. they had a bunch of people voting, so it wasn't just one lady.

I'm sorry for my loudness, annoyingness, and creepiness OTL Rockstar is really not a thing i should be drinking (besides, i felt like crap later).
I had a pretty fun time though ^^ I was a bit surprized that i won in the contest (like the rest of you guys, i was expecting a voting sort of thing >>; ). I used that coupon i got to buy a really derpy looking batman plushie =W= Everything else there was pretty expensive...

Anyway, i got home, passed out in bed, and just woke up about 30 minutes ago OTL

Truthfully, i remember about a third of what happened yesterday. Pretty much after the event, everything that was said and what happened is sort of a blur...So sorry (mostly to Ciel) if i said anything creepy or bizzare. I probably should've just had my dad come and pick me up right after the event ^^;

I must be nearsighted AND blind then. You seemed just about as energetic as everyone else was when it came to the quiz. If anything I'm the one who should be apologizing for anything creepy I might have unknowingly said or done. With penniless pockets like mine, good cosplays and confidence are hard to come by. Mistakes are made (hoping none too costly), lessons are learned, and we wait for the next big thing.
